The Shape Up Challenge is a fun exercise competition that takes place between local businesses and organizations each year during the spring. Teams compete against each other by accumulating the most minutes of exercise each week. Points are accumulated by doing aerobic exercise.
To keep improving, we ask Team Coordinators to print and complete Challenge EVALUATION FORMS.
