The Shape Up Challenge is a fun exercise competition that takes place between local businesses and organizations each year during the spring. Teams compete against each other by accumulating the most minutes of exercise each week. Points are accumulated by doing aerobic exercise.

Organization sign up for the Shape Up Challenge starts
March 22nd, 2010.
The 2009 Shape Up Challenge starts April 25th, 2010!

STEP 1: New Organizations: Sign Up for the Challenge
Returning Organizations: Update Organization & Team Info

STEP 2: Enter your team(s) and team coordinator(s) and select a TEAM username and password for each team.

STEP 3: Pay your registration fee to the YMCA.

STEP 4: Team Coordinators, using the TEAM username and password, go to the Coordinator Corner and enter team members (until April 23rd, 2010). When the challenge starts - enter Minutes for your team once a week. Encourage your team members and have fun!
